CBRE Arranges Lease Renewal of 12,129-sq.-ft Creative Office Space in the Alameda Arts District

CBRE has arranged lease renewal of 3rd & Alameda Arts District Creative, a 12,129-sq.-ft. creative office space in Los Angeles, Calif.

CBRE’s Mark Landver represented the tenant. The landlord is Arts District Development.

Originally in 40% of the property's offices, the tenant expanded over the last five years into leasing 100% of the property’s available office space.

“Our team was able to reduce the current rental costs in place and add a handsome tenant improvement package and some additional rent abatement as a token to the wonderful tenant and landlord relationship that has existed since the property was developed five years ago,” said Mark Landver, First Vice President with CBRE.
