CBRE has arranged a 4,514-sq.-ft. retail lease for Longleaf Swine, which will occupy a freestanding building within Greystone Village, a shopping center located at 7713 Lead Mine Road at the intersection of Lead Mine and Sawmill Roads in North Raleigh. The lease marks the barbecue restaurant’s second location, building on the success of its original downtown Raleigh establishment.
Jon Stanley of CBRE, represented the landlord, Burroughs & Chapin, in the lease transaction. Jeremy Deckelbaum and Nick Wilson of ELM Partners helped Longleaf identify the space and negotiate the lease with the landlord.
"Longleaf Swine has built a loyal customer base over the years and will be an excellent addition to Greystone Village, alongside other beloved local eateries already at the center,” said Jon Stanley, Senior Vice President at CBRE. “This is a huge win for the North Raleigh community."
Greystone Village is a fully leased, grocery-anchored neighborhood retail center, anchored by a 35,000-sq.-ft. Food Lion. The center features a vibrant tenant mix of retail, restaurant, entertainment, and service businesses, including Sola Coffee Café, recently named “Best Local Coffee House” by Raleigh’s Midtown Magazine, and Gonza Tacos y Tequila, recognized as serving the “Best Tacos in the Triangle” by Triangle Downtowner Magazine.
“We are thrilled to welcome Longleaf Swine to Greystone Village,” said April Dendy Martin, Senior Vice President of Leasing & Design for Burroughs & Chapin. “Our goal is to create neighborhood centers that bring people together, and Longleaf Swine’s reputation for quality and authenticity makes them a perfect fit for the community-focused experience we’ve curated at Greystone.”
Located at the intersection of Lead Mine and Sawmill Roads, the center serves as a walkable neighborhood hub for the surrounding residential developments.
“Northwest Raleigh has been begging for fun, local food concepts,” said Nick Wilson, Managing Partner at ELM Partners. “We were just happy to help Adam and his team find the right spot for them and for Raleigh.”
“Greystone Village feels like the perfect second location as we expand into North Raleigh,” said Adam Cunningham, owner of Longleaf Swine. “It’s an exciting opportunity to breathe life back into a cherished neighborhood location and we look forward to becoming a part of the vibrant community there.”
Longleaf Swine is expected to open at Greystone Village in the Summer of 2026. For updates, follow along at www.longleafswine.com.
