CBRE has arranged the sale of Deerbrook Plaza Shopping Center, a 219,481-square-foot Class A shopping center at 9715-9813 F.M. 1960 Bypass Road in Humble, Texas.
CBRE’s Matt Berry, Robbie Kilcrease and Drew Reinking represented Shervin Mateen, owner of Cannon/Unimat Commercial, the seller, in the transaction. MS Retail DP, LLC was the buyer.
Deerbrook Plaza, a fully stabilized shopping center, features a strong tenant mix anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Total Wine & More, and Dollar Tree. The center is strategically located in a high-traffic area with excellent visibility, adjacent to Deerbrook Mall and near major retailers such as Walmart, Academy Sports and Target.
