CBRE’s Robert Hardaway, Matt Smith, Patrick Gildea, Anne Johnson, Bryan Crutcher and Alek Salfia, represented the seller, Gaia Herbs, Inc., in the transaction.
Located at 184 Butler Farm Road, the facility is situated in the Henderson County industrial submarket of Asheville, North Carolina with proximity to the Asheville Airport, Interstate 26 and Interstate 40. The facility is on 21 acres with expansion space for building improvements or add-ons and features a fully conditioned warehouse, ample parking and state-of-the-art bottling infrastructure and operation.
The property is fully leased to Gaia Herbs, a national organic herbal supplement and product brand.
“Despite ongoing volatility in the macroeconomy around U.S. treasuries and capital markets, industrial continues to show resilience as the preferred asset class amongst capital allocators,” said Hardaway. “184 Butler Farm Road is evidence that well-located, highly functional industrial product remains highly liquid, and remains firmly in the crosshairs for investors.”
