CBRE Arranges Sale of Newly Constructed Built-to-Rent Slate at Fishers District in Fishers, Indiana

CBRE has arranged the sale of Slate at Fishers District, a 242-unit build-to-rent multifamily property in Fishers. Oregon-based Bonaventure Holding Company purchased the property from Thompson Thrift for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Ted Abramson, Cam Benz, Clair Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction.

"Thompson Thrift did a beautiful job developing a unique and sought after villa and townhome style product offering prime access to Fishers' top dining and retail options, luxurious amenities, premium finishes and convenient employment access,” said Ott.

Slate at Fishers District is located at 11255 Slate Stone Drive, just east of Interstate 69 and within Fishers District, a master-planned, mixed-use development that includes several dining, retail and entertainment venues. Built in 2024, the property features a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,316 square feet.

Community and unit amenities include a resort-style pool, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, a coffee bar, grilling stations, private entries, a flex lawn, detached garages, electric vehicle charging, a clubhouse, a pet spa, private yards and patios, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers and a sundeck with cabanas.
