CBRE has arranged two new leases for Mega and The Refreshery at Meridian East Chatham, a premier mixed-use development located in Downtown Cary, North Carolina.
Meridian East Chatham is being developed by NorthView Partners with Chatham Street Commercial serving as the development partner for the commercial portion of the project. Matt Larson of CBRE represented the landlord in the lease transactions. Christina Coffey with Lee and Associates represented Mega.
Mega, a Lagree, trampoline and Pilates studio, has leased 2,730 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space at Meridian East Chatham, marking its second location in the Raleigh-Triangle market. The cutting-edge fitness facility will offer a variety of fitness classes designed to help individuals of all levels achieve their wellness goals. With a focus on high-energy workouts, state-of-the-art equipment, and an experienced team of instructors, Mega will provide a motivating environment for fitness enthusiasts.
The Refreshery, a cold-pressed juice and alcohol-free beverage market concept by Cary resident Stephen McNulty, has leased 1,116 sq. ft. for its first location in downtown Cary offering a vibrant selection of cold-pressed juices, coffee, tea, social tonics, and snacks with a focus on grab-and-go convenience. Committed to providing healthy, guilt-free, and refreshing beverages, The Refreshery aims to be the go-to destination for health-conscious residents and visitors seeking a delicious way to stay energized and nourished, whether for post-workout recovery or a refreshing boost.
