Matt Larson is an Executive Vice President of CBRE in Raleigh. Matt brings extensive retail and restaurant experience, having focused on project leasing and tenant representation assignments throughout North Carolina since 2005. His retail leasing experience includes landlord representation of grocery-anchored developments, mixed-use lifestyle projects and regional power centers for clients that include InvenTrust Properties, Hines, Grubb Ventures, Kite Realty, Chatham St Commercial and Northwood Ravin.  Matt manages a tenant representation practice that includes operators such as Harris Teeter, Fifth Third Bank, First Watch, Jersey Mike’s, and Panda Express. Additionally, Mr. Larson is well-versed in the Triangle food and beverage scene, having worked with and on behalf of some of the area’s outstanding restaurant, hospitality and brewery operators. 

Prior to joining CBRE in Raleigh, Matt spent nine years with Lincoln Harris in Raleigh, NC; most recently serving as Vice President of Brokerage. Matt is a native of North Carolina.
