CBRE Assumes Leasing Assignment for 700,000 SF of Sword Industrial Partners' Newly Acquired Tulsa Industrial Portfolio

CBRE's Tulsa office has been selected to provide leasing services for approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of industrial space within a recently acquired 1.1 million sq. ft. Tulsa portfolio purchased by Dallas-based Sword Industrial Partners.

Sword Industrial Partners recently acquired a 24-building, 1.1 million sq. ft. portfolio encompassing six industrial business parks across Tulsa's Southeast and South Central submarkets. The portfolio includes Space Center, Space Center East, Tulsa Business Park, Tandem Business Park, Maxim Center and Maxim Place.

CBRE will assume leasing responsibilities for Space Center I, II & III and Tulsa Business Park. Space Center I, II & III is a three-building industrial building park totaling 495,000 sq. ft. and located at 7001-7287 E. 38th St. Tulsa Business Park spans 12 buildings totaling 206,220 sq. ft. and located at 7202-7378 E. 38th St. The two properties are regarded as some of the most established multi-tenant industrial assets in Tulsa's Southeast industrial submarket.
