CBRE Awarded Listing for 765,000 SF Office Portfolio in Jacksonville, FL

CBRE has been selected by Savlan Capital to market the Flagler Center and Lakeside Portfolio, a seven-building, 765,190-sq.-ft. office and flex portfolio in Jacksonville.

Oliver Barakat, Billy Kuntz, and IV Stucker, with the CBRE Jacksonville team have been selected as the exclusive leasing agents for the portfolio.

Savlan Capital, a Hollywood, Florida-based firm, is scheduled to finalize its acquisition of the portfolio in early August. The portfolio spans 71.5 acres in Jacksonville’s Southside, in the southern part of the Butler/Baymeadows area, offering direct access to I-95 and strong connectivity to both Jacksonville and the fast-growing Nocatee and St. Johns County.

The portfolio includes 12724, 12740, 12926 and 12735 Gran Bay Parkway West, 7159 Corklan Road and 12854 Kernan Drive.
