CBRE Bolsters Debt & Structured Finance Team with National Hire

CBRE announced today that DJ Elefant has joined the firm’s Debt & Structured Finance team as a Vice President focused on financing solutions for multifamily and seniors housing clients nationwide.

Mr. Elefant brings extensive expertise financing market rate and affordable housing properties, including new construction, as well as skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care and senior living facilities. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, he has originated loans with a variety of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and bridge.

Mr. Elefant joins CBRE having originated loans for over nine years at Greystone, where he focused on the multifamily and healthcare sectors.
