CBRE Brokers New Office Lease at Lafayette Terrace in East Bay

CBRE arranged the lease at 3697 Mt. Diablo Blvd in Lafayette, Calif. for Dynamic Graphics, Inc. (DGI), which provides geospatial solutions in the petroleum, environmental and earth-related sciences. CBRE’s Daniel Bisabri and Josh Nelson represented DGI.
“We’re seeing more professional services companies wishing to reduce commutes in the East Bay and migrate closer to amenity-rich suburban markets like Lafayette. Lafayette Terrace was a great fit for DGI for its walkability to downtown Lafayette and proximity to BART and highway 24,” said Josh Nelson, First Vice President of CBRE.
Lafayette Terrace is a three-story, 48,000 sq. ft. Class A office building. DGI will occupy 5,752 sq. ft. in summer of 2023. The company will move its headquarters from Alameda, Calif. to Lafayette. Josh Nelson and Adam Ebner of CBRE also represented another tenant, Assured Partners AKA Dealey Renton & Associates, who moved from Jack London Square to Lafayette Terrace in 2020.
In the fourth quarter of 2022, Lamorinda had the one of the lowest vacancies in the I-680 Corridor according to CBRE Research. Average asking rates in Lamorinda were above the market’s average of $3.05 per sq. ft.
