David Montijo represented a private owner in the $1 million sale of 4.89-acre land zoned for office at 1511 West Valencia Road in Tucson to an undisclosed buyer.

Jackson Kraft and David Montijo represented a private owner in the $750,000 sale of 2.2-acre industrial land at 3528 South Dodge Blvd. in Tucson to an undisclosed buyer.

Lease

Nancy McClure and Ryan Hall represented Judy Appell in a $360,000 sale of a 2,550 sq. ft. retail property at 7342 East Broadway Blvd., in Tucson to G & G Aguilar LLC, who plans to open La Mesa Tortillas. CBRE's Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron represented G & G Aguilar LLC in the transaction.

David Montijo represented both the landlord and tenant in a $199,416 five-year lease of 2,280 sq. ft. at 1601 North Tucson Blvd. in Tucson.

Chi Massage secured a five-and-a-half-year lease at the La Cañada Hills Shopping Center at 10420 North La Cañada Drive in Oro Valley. CBRE's Jesse Peron and Pete Villaescusa represented the landlord, the Don L. Carlton Family Trust, in the transaction.
