CBRE's Nancy McClure represented Solar Holdings LLC in the negotiations for Chick-fil-A to sign a new long-term lease extension for their location at 4585 North Oracle Road. The company is currently modernizing the 4,730 sq. ft. building and expanding its drive-thru from a single to a double lane. Chick-fil-A was self-represented.

CBRE’s Ryan Hall represented Task Force Red, Firearms Gunsmith LLC, in signing a new 2,500 sq. ft. lease at 1802 West Grant Road. Mike Hennessy or Burris, Hennessy & Co., represented the landlord, Grant Road Industrial LLC, in the negotiations.

CBRE’s Jesse Peron represented Mariposa Shopping Center Investments LLC in the negotiation of a new 2,400 sq. ft. lease for Bath & Body Works at Mariposa Mall at 210 West Mariposa Road in Nogales, Ariz. Teale Bloom of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented Bath & Body Works.

CBRE’s Jesse Peron represented the landlord, Don. L. Carlton Family QTIP Trust, in the negotiation of a 1,329 sq. ft. lease for My Doctor Now at Cañada Hills Shopping Center at 10420 North La Cañada Drive, Suite 120. Troy Giammarco of Horizon Real Estate Group represented My Doctor Now.
