CBRE Expands Retail Expertise with Addition of Lauren Dressler in San Diego

CBRE announced today that Lauren Dressler has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in San Diego. In her new role, Dressler will focus on national retail tenant representation and multi‑market growth strategies for major brands across the U.S.

Dressler brings more than 20 years of experience spanning tenant representation, acquisitions and real estate development. She joins CBRE from Oak Place Partners, a privately held commercial real estate firm she founded and led for the past decade.

At Oak Place Partners, she oversaw investment and development initiatives and built a tenant representation and advisory platform serving both established and high‑growth national retailers. Dressler also directed the real estate development efforts of one of the nation's preeminent fitness companies across major metro markets. Before starting Oak Place Partners, she held positions at Hunt Companies, MacFarlane Partners and PwC.

Dressler holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California. She volunteers her time with the YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club and the 4-H youth development program.
