CBRE Facilitated $5.84 Million Sale of Industrial Yard in Otay Mesa

CBRE negotiated a 2.9-acre industrial yard sale at 7680 Paseo De La Fuente in San Diego's submarket of Otay Mesa for $5.84 Million.

CBRE’s Ramin Salehi, John Smith and Joe Smith represented the buyer AMK Auto Group, a trucking and auto transport business. On Paseo Fuente 7680 LLC sold the property.

"Otay Mesa still has a high demand for industrial yard space," said Mr. Salehi. "Industrial outdoor storage is limited throughout the region, and Otay Mesa is one of the last remaining areas that allow occupiers to purchase land for their intended use."

AMK Auto Group will use the move-in ready industrial land for its transport business. The property is fully fenced, graded with utilities and has a concrete gated entry.

The property is located east of State Route (SR) 11 and SR 125 and has direct access to the new Otay Mesa II Port of Entry.
