CBRE Facilitates $62.46 Million Sale of Office Campus in Anaheim

CBRE facilitated the sale of Axis, a 306,664-square-foot-office portfolio located at 2121-2170 Towne Centre Place, 2190 Towne Centre Place, and 2390 Orangewood Avenue in Anaheim, Calif. The properties were acquired by ParkTerra and JEN Partners for $62.46 million.

CBRE National Office Partners’ Anthony DeLorenzo, along with Sammy Cemo and Bryan Johnson, represented the seller, a joint venture of a global banking giant and Pendulum Property Partners in the transaction. CBRE’s Greg Sullivan, Jennifer Whittington, David Dowd and Matt Didier also advised the seller on the sale.
