CBRE Facilitates $9.4 Million Sale of Industrial Property in San Diego

CBRE facilitated the sale of a 36,475-sq.-ft.-industrial property at 1207 Air Wing Road in San Diego for $9.4 Million. CBRE’s Ramin Salehi, John Smith and Joe Smith represented the buyer ATI, a cross-border logistics company, in the transaction.

“This purchase is the biggest owner-occupier purchase of the year in the market so far,” said Mr. Salehi. “The property provides ATI with a location to transport goods easily across the Cali Baja Region.”

The building was built in 2005 and features 12 dock-high doors, 28’ clear height and two ground-level doors. The property has a paved and secured yard for ample trailer storage and efficient transportation loading.

ATI will occupy the building just off State Route 905 and 125 with easy access to both the Otay Mesa Port of Entry and the future secondary Port of Entry in Otay Mesa.
