CBRE Facilitates Sale of Forty540 II Office Property in Raleigh’s Research Triangle Park Submarket

CBRE announced the sale of Forty540 II, a 198,424-sq.-ft. Class A office property located at 710 Slater Road in Morrisville, North Carolina, to DRA Advisors.

CBRE’s Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Ben Kilgore and Chandler Hawkins represented the seller, FCP®, in the transaction. CBRE’s Brad Corsmeier and Ed Pulliam led leasing efforts for the property.

Delivered in 2021, Forty540 II is a five‑story office building situated within the Research Triangle Park (RTP) submarket. The property is currently 94.6% leased to technology-focused tenants, including Renesas, N-Able and Synopsys. On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, conference and collaboration areas, an amenity center with a social hub, outdoor patio space and a rooftop sky lounge.
