CBRE Hires Ted Cuthbert and Team in San Diego

CBRE announced veteran broker Ted Cuthbert has rejoined the firm in San Diego as senior vice president. Cynthia Carter will join him as senior associate and Sebastian Sak as associate. Cuthbert, Carter and Sak will collaborate with Chris Williams on industrial and office products across Poway, California.

Cuthbert spent the last two decades at Colliers specializing in industrial, research and development and land sales along the Interstate 15 corridor and Carlsbad in North County. He brings over 37 years of experience, during which he has been involved in selling 1,100 acres, 70 build-to-suits, commercial buildings totaling over 2.5 million sq. ft., and leasing over 10 million sq. ft. He worked at CBRE from 1988 until 2005, when he partnered with Chris Williams and his father. Cuthbert holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barabra.

Carter arrives at CBRE after spending the last six years at Colliers working with Cuthbert on industrial and office leasing in Poway. She worked at Simon and Schuster for nine years and holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University. Sak worked alongside Cuthbert and Carter at Colliers for the last year. Sak holds a bachelor’s degree from the Geneva Business School and he played water polo in the Spanish national league.
