CBRE National Retail Partners Arrange Sale of Grocery-Anchored Retail Center in Frisco

CBRE announced the sale of Lexington Village, a 101,284 sq. ft. grocery-anchored retail center located at 11401 Coit Road in Frisco, Texas. An undisclosed buyer purchased the asset from Centergy Retail for an undisclosed price.

Jim Batjer, Chris Cozby, Harrison Tye and Grace Moses with CBRE’s National Retail Partners Southwest arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.

Lexington Village was developed as the retail component for a $2 billion, 600-acre master-planned mixed-use community which is part of the famed Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco. Plans for the development include approximately 2,500 single family homes and 2,200 multifamily units. The shopping center is anchored by Tom Thumb and features other popular retail tenants including Chick-Fil-A, Whataburger, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sweathouz, Club Pilates and Blaze Pizza.
