CBRE Negotiates $13.5 Million Industrial Sale in Carlsbad, Calif

CBRE arranges the sale of a 63,062-square-foot industrial property located at 1695 Faraday Avenue in Carlsbad, California, for $13.5 million to Faithway LLC.

CBRE’s Dennis Visser and Weston Yahn represented the seller, AG-LC 1695 Faraday Owner LLC, and Blake Wilson and Roger Carlson, also from CBRE, represented Faithway LLC.

“This transaction reflects the returning demand for high-quality industrial properties in North County,” said Visser. “Located within a hub of innovation and research, this property is ideally positioned for success.”

Situated on a 4.10-acre lot, the property features 3,000 amps of power, 24 – 25-foot clear height and three dock-high doors.

“While recent years have seen increased supply and lagging demand for large industrial properties in North County San Diego, today’s lower interest rates and renewed confidence in our diverse local industries signal that the worst is behind us. Activity among users is at a three-year high, buyers are back in the market, and we expect demand to continue its upward trend despite potential tariff impacts on certain sectors,” added Visser.
