CBRE Promotes Andy Schmitt as Managing Director and Senior Vice President

CBRE announced the promotion of Andy Schmitt to Managing Director and Senior Vice President. Schmitt will lead CBRE’s office sector in San Francisco’s East Bay markets, including Oakland, Walnut Creek, and the Tri-Valley submarkets, while continuing his office leasing and sales practice.
