CBRE Promotes Cy Fox to Executive Vice President in Des Moines

CBRE announced that Cy Fox, has been promoted to Executive Vice President in the firm’s Des Moines office.

Fox specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of multifamily assets throughout Iowa. Over his career, he has facilitated the sale of over 10,000 apartment units, totaling over $1 billion in considerations.

Since joining CBRE in 2015, Fox has consistently been recognized as the top producer in the Des Moines office and has ranked among the top 20% of CBRE producers nationally. In 2023, he was among the top 20 multifamily producers nationally.
