CBRE Promotes Guy Ponticiello to Vice Chairman

CBRE announced today that Guy Ponticiello, a senior leader within its Corporate Capital Markets practice, has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest professional title for producers at the firm.

Guy advises corporate and institutional net lease clients across the U.S. on real estate monetization strategies, sale-leasebacks, a wide spectrum of credit-based structures, and portfolio optimization strategies. Over his career, he has helped lead many of the most high-profile corporate capital markets transactions in the country, spanning headquarters facilities, critical operating assets, build-to-suit developments, manufacturing plants, and specialized industrial properties.

Guy holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is active in professional networks and industry councils related to corporate real estate finance.
