CBRE Promotes Multifamily Specialist Ray Hamilton to Senior Vice President in Des Moines

CBRE announced today that Ray Hamilton has been promoted to Senior Vice President within the firm’s Des Moines office.

Hamilton joined CBRE in 2018 and specializes in the acquisition, disposition and repositioning of multifamily assets for investors and property owners throughout Iowa. Alongside his business partner Cy Fox, Hamilton has assisted clients in over 250 transactions, totaling more than 10,000 units and exceeding $1 billion in value.

“Ray has been an integral part of CBRE throughout his tenure and is a key piece for our brand moving forward,” said CBRE’s Ajay Kalra, Managing Director in Des Moines. “He is among the youngest to receive this title within our office and his team have quickly established themselves as the market share leaders of multifamily investment sales in Iowa since joining the firm. Over his career, Hamilton has been recognized for his leadership and client service. He was recognized by CBRE as the Top Associate in the Des Moines office in 2023 and as the Top Producer in Brokerage in 5 Years or Less in 2022 and 2023. Additionally, he was a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award from 2018-2023 and received a Platinum Broker Award by Crexi in 2022 and 2023.
