CBRE Recognized Twice at 2025 Marcom Awards
CBRE Calibre Creative Group marketing efforts won Platinum and Gold at the 2025 MarCom Awards, a competition which honors excellence in marketing and communication while recognizing the creativity of industry professionals.
The Platinum entry was a targeted campaign effort for 2100 Powell, which convinced a prospect to look again at a property they had previously ruled out.
The Gold entry was for the rebrand of Wells Fargo Center in Minneapolis, which brought an iconic art deco property back to the forefront of the city’s leasing awareness.
Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has evolved into one of the largest and most-respected creative competitions in the world. Each year about 7,000 print and digital entries are submitted from dozens of countries.
