CBRE has been named the exclusive marketing agent for the sale of a 8.77-acre site located at 7833 S. Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles. The Crenshaw Christian Center, a non-denominational church, currently owns the site and is located next door.

CBRE’s Brice Head and Phillip Ruhl are marketing the site on behalf of the seller.

The site features 382,000 developable square feet and is zoned to accommodate various uses, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality and healthcare. It currently consists of six buildings totaling 88,315 square feet and a 781-space parking structure. Additionally, the property is available to be delivered vacant at closing.
