CBRE Secures 12,500-sq.-ft. Office Lease for Rectangle Health in St. Petersburg

CBRE has arranged a new 12,500‑sq.-ft. office lease for Rectangle Health at the Franklin Templeton Center, located at 160 Fountain Parkway in St. Petersburg. The lease marks the healthcare technology provider’s strategic entry into the Tampa Bay market.

CBRE’s Ryan McCurdy and Kyle Chaikin represented Rectangle Health in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Mike Talmadge with Echelon Real Estate Services.
