CBRE Secures $43.5 Million Refinancing Loan for Vibe at Echo Street West

CBRE announced today that it has arranged a $43.5 million refinancing loan for Vibe at Echo Street West, a newly constructed, Class A multifamily community located in the heart of West Midtown Atlanta. The loan was secured on behalf of Lincoln Property Company and Bridge Investment Group, who jointly developed the 292-unit property as part of a larger Echo Street West mixed-use master plan.

Blake Cohen, a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Atlanta Multifamily Debt & Structured Finance Group, led the financing effort. The financing was provided by Fannie Mae and will support the continued lease-up and stabilization of the asset.

Strategically positioned at 750 Echo Street NW, Vibe at Echo Street West offers premium frontage along the Westside Beltline Connector, a key segment of the Atlanta Beltline trail system. The property benefits from direct access to Georgia Tech’s campus and proximity to major employment hubs, including Midtown, Downtown, and Buckhead.

Completed in 2023, the eight-story wrap-style building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with 20% designated as affordable housing. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, a modern fitness center, a business center with micro-offices, a pet spa, and an outdoor kitchen.
