CBRE Secures Five New Leases at 42 West Business Park in Clayton, North Carolina

CBRE has secured five new leases totaling 65,787 square feet at 42 West Business Park, a newly delivered flex/light industrial park in Clayton, North Carolina, just 17 miles from Downtown Raleigh.
Austin Nagy and John Hogan of CBRE in Raleigh represented the landlord, Charlotte-based Pace Commercial, in each lease negotiation.

Delivered at the end of 2023, 42 West Business Park is located at 3329 NC-42 West in Clayton and consists of two flex/light warehouses totaling 125,000 sq. ft. All five leases were signed in 2024. The largest lease was signed by Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, which leased all 25,000 sq. ft. in Building 1. The entire business park is now over 50% occupied.
