CBRE today announced that it has hired Claire Bayles as a Director within its Property Management division, supporting industrial assets across the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Savannah markets.
Claire joins CBRE from JLL, where she served as a senior leader overseeing a 26 million square foot industrial portfolio. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Claire has built a strong track record of operational excellence, team development, and client service.

Bayles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech and is an active member of BOMA Georgia.
