CBRE Tapped to Lease Ingleside Commerce as SunCap Breaks Ground on Palmetto Commerce Park Project

CBRE has been retained to market and lease Ingleside Commerce, a new 119,600-sq.-ft. industrial building now under construction at 6851 Weber Boulevard in Ladson, South Carolina. The project is being developed by SunCap Property Group within Palmetto Commerce Park, one of the Charleston region’s most active industrial submarkets.
CBRE’s Brendan Redeyoff and Bob Barrineau are leading leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord. Site work at Ingleside Commerce commenced this week, with delivery anticipated in February 2027. BEHKO is serving as the project’s general contractor.
Designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, Ingleside Commerce will feature a 160-foot building depth, 32-foot clear heights, 44 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors and 32 trailer parking spaces. The building can support tenant requirements ranging from approximately 16,640 sq. ft. up to the full 119,600 sq. ft., offering flexibility for both single-tenant and multi-tenant configurations.

The property is located approximately one mile from the newly completed Weber Boulevard I-26 interchange (Exit 206), providing efficient access to regional transportation corridors, the Port of Charleston and major employers throughout Palmetto Commerce Park.
