CBRE Tapped to Market 60-Acre Industrial Development in Dunn, North Carolina
Construction is expected to start in Q1 2025

CBRE has been awarded the leasing assignment for Harnett 95 Industrial Center, a 60-acre industrial development in Dunn, North Carolina, approximately 40 miles south of Raleigh. Phase one of the project will include a 162,000-square-foot speculative warehouse, slated to break ground during the first quarter of 2025.
Austin Nagy, Ann-Stewart Patterson, and John Hogan of CBRE in Raleigh will market and lease the development on behalf of the developer, Samet Corporation.

Additionally, the City of Dunn and our neighboring Town of Four Oaks are both currently constructing workforce training facilities to prepare workers for these newly created jobs in the future.”
Located at the intersection of Arrowhead and Long Branch roads in Dunn, Harnett 95 Industrial Center could include more than 800,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at full buildout. Multiple site plans and space options are available, which include suites ranging from 28,000 sq. ft. to a 621,000 sq. ft. single-user facility. Buildings will be available for both sale and lease. Phase one of the project is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025. The development will include modern amenities and benefits from great accessibility to major thoroughfares like Interstates 95 and 40.

Harnett County and the I-95/I-40 Crossroads of America Economic Development Alliance are partnering together to acquire the land for the county’s first Class A industrial park, and Samet Corporation will be the developer for this industrial park.
