CBRE Welcomes David Morgan, CCIM, in Columbus

CBRE has announced that David Morgan, CCIM, has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Vice President.

At CBRE, Mr. Morgan will focus on assisting companies and business owners with their commercial real estate office leasing and transaction strategies throughout the Central Ohio region.

“We are pleased to welcome David to CBRE and our Columbus office,” said CBRE’s Michael Copella, Senior Managing Director, Eastern Midwest. “His arrival greatly complements our existing office business in Central Ohio and puts us in a better position to fully service clients across all business sectors.”

Mr. Morgan began his career in commercial real estate in 2013. He was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining CBRE, where he assisted corporate clients with tenant representation and the formulation and implementation of effective leasing and sales strategies. Since he began his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Morgan has been responsible for the leasing and sales of more than 4 million square feet of office space across Ohio.

Mr. Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University and is an active board member of the Ohio Union & Student Activities Alumni Society.
