CBRE Wins Three at TITAN Property Awards 2026
A CBRE Calibre Creative Group project won in three categories at the 2026 TITAN Property Awards, with two Gold awards and a Silver award recognizing excellence in property marketing and design.
Gallery Court, a Washington D.C. office building which CBRE Calibre Creative Group repositioned after three decades of no brand presence in the market, received Gold awards for its outperforming email campaigns and dynamic, interactive website, and a Silver award for its brochure.
The TITAN Property Awards, hosted by the International Awards Associate (IAA), attracted over 1,000 entries from countries including the United States, Japan, Australia, China, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy and beyond. The competition celebrates cutting-edge innovations and transformative projects that make lasting impacts on urban landscapes worldwide.
