CBRE’s David Montijo represented Koussa Dental Building LLC in the sale of a 1,900-sq.-ft. dental office at 2102 North Country Club Road, Unit C, in Tucson, Ariz. Molly Gilbert of Picor Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
