CBRE’s Ryan Hall represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a 25,200 sq. ft. parcel at 16666 North Oracle Road. This will be the new home of Western Water Wells LLC, a company with three generations of service to the Tucson community.

CBRE’s Jesse Peron and Peter Villaescusa LLC represented Circle K Stores Inc., in the purchase of 1.6 acres of land at East Tanque Verde Rd and North Houghton Road. The seller, SC RANCH HOLDINGS LLC, was self-represented.
