CBRE’s Nate Stricklen Earns Vice Chairman Title

CBRE has announced that Nate Stricklen has achieved the honorary title of Vice Chairman, the highest title for a producer within the organization. He serves on CBRE’s Occupier Services team in Austin, Texas, where he specializes in office tenant representation.

Since joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Stricklen has become one of Austin’s top office brokers, executing more than 4.5 million square feet of transactions over his CBRE career. Throughout his multiple decade career, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive results and foster strong client relationships with some of the world’s largest firms. His strategic mindset and dedication to delivering excellent service has earned him numerous accolades within the commercial real estate industry and has brought him to this great milestone of becoming a Vice Chairman. With his promotion, Mr. Stricklen becomes only the fourth professional within CBRE’s Austin office to earn the distinct title of Vice Chairman.
