CBRE’s Sean Zaher Achieves SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® in Las Vegas

CBRE is pleased to announce that Sean Zaher with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services in Las Vegas recently achieved the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation, a professional achievement for commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management.

SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 3,600 members, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Zaher completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.

Mr. Zaher joined CBRE in 2018 and specializes in representing occupiers, landlords and building owners in the leasing and selling of industrial real estate in Southern Nevada.

Mr. Zaher holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from San Diego State University.
