Convergent Capital Partners appoints CBRE exclusive leasing agent for Class A office property in Clearwater

CBRE has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for a 160,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 1901 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, Fla. Convergent Capital Partners recently purchased the property from Mercury Insurance Co. who owned the property for the past 15 years.

KC Tenukas, Kristin Kenney, and Nick Baldwin with CBRE will be marketing the iconic Class A office building for lease on behalf of Convergent Capital Partners. The property currently has approximately 100,000 square feet available for lease with spaces ranging from 1,200 square feet to 60,000 square feet of contiguous.
