Innova Solutions Acquires Central Perimeter office building for Headquarters Relocation

CBRE has brokered the sale of 1455 Lincoln Parkway, a 186,846-square-foot office building in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Innova Solutions, a global talent and IT solution company, acquired the building and plans to relocate its headquarters there.

Jay O’Meara, Nima Ghomghani and Paul Holmes of CBRE represented Innova Solutions in its acquisition of and move to 1455 Lincoln. The company plans to occupy the top two floors of the building, totaling approximately 50,010 sq. ft. The property was sold by Florida-based Parmenter Realty Partners, who had owned the building since 2015. Brian Howell and Jack Arnold with Bridger Properties will continue leasing the building on behalf of Innova Solutions.

Located at 1455 Lincoln Parkway in Atlanta, the eight-story building was built in 1986 and will be 82% leased once Innova Solutions move in later this year. It boasts several tenant amenities, including an onsite cafe, conference center and fitness center with shower and locker facilities.
