Executed 12 new leases and 18 renewals totaling 133K SF.  Focus on tourism in 2022 drove traffic and resulted in the property receiving the Best of the Best People’s Choice Silver Award from the Tampa Bay Times and Tourism Ambassador of the Year from Florida’s Sports Coast.

In addition to 18 renewals, CBRE also completed 11 new deals, totaling 126K SF, thereby increasing NOI by 40% in the first full year of openings. Grew retail sales by 10% through increased event programming.

CBRE renegotiated the digital and static advertising contract at the center and improved the overall terms netting the center a forecasted $32M over the ten-year term.
