CBRE Arranges Sale of Trilogy Medical Center Anchored by Capital Women’s Care in Hagerstown, Maryland

CBRE facilitated the sale of Trilogy Medical Center, a 54,008-square-foot medical outpatient building (MOB) located at 1165 Imperial Drive, Hagerstown, Maryland to Chicago-based Remedy Medical Properties in a venture with Kayne Anderson Real Estate. The seller was Nashville-based Montecito Medical Real Estate.

CBRE today announced that Matthew Laraway, a top industrial real estate broker in the Mid-Atlantic region, has joined the firm’s Baltimore office as a Senior Vice President. Laraway, who served as a Vice President at CBRE from 2005 to 2008, will be returning to the firm and will work with the industrial team which includes Bill Pellington, Toby Mink, and Jon Casella, among others.

CBRE today announced it has completed the sale of Baltimore Crossroads, a six-building industrial portfolio totaling nearly 900,000 square feet on 198 acres of land located in Baltimore’s East Industrial submarket. The portfolio was acquired by EQT Exeter from a global real estate investment advisor in a transaction that closed June 26, 2024, for $140,500,000.
