Professional Experience
Brian Biege focuses on occupier advisory and transaction services, advising businesses and senior leadership regarding corporate real estate strategy and project execution in the corporate and life science sectors as well as co-leading the regions Technology & Media Practice.
Brian’s primary objective is to develop strategies that aligns with the client’s key business objectives, then lead a team to implement the plan. This includes servings clients holistically at any point in the corporate real estate lifecycle; galvanizing the vision, identifying the right real estate solution, negotiating and structuring the optimal contract, and finally leading the team who will build and manage the facility through to a client’s move-in. This process takes an army to properly execute and Brian’s job is to integrate the right parts and lead the team, which include lawyers, architects, insurance professionals, a multitude of contractors, all while managing communicating with building owners, their representatives and the client.
Brian’s business is comprised of two key functions: Puget Sound tenant representation and global account management for corporations based in the Seattle region. Brian has executed and advised clients on transactions in excess of totaling three million square feet, with an aggregate value exceeding $1B and recognized by CBRE as a top producer and leader in the Puget Sound region.
Within his community, Brian stays actively involved in local organizations. He serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the School of Business, Government and Economics (SBGE) at Seattle Pacific University, connecting the school's faculty and students to the business community. Brian is also a member of the Washington Technology Industry Association and Climb for Captives.
