Hoan Le has joined the Land Services Team specializing in the purchase and sale of commercially vacant land. His ability to determine current market value as well as highest and best use for development are integral to the success of the team.

He has served as Senior Research Analyst for CBRE Houston Land Services Team. Mr. Le has been with the company for 12 years where he uses GIS spatial analysis to determine what sites best fit the client’s needs from feasibility, cost and environmental standpoints. He previously spent the past 8-1/2 years working for the Downtown District in the Planning and Development Department and employed Geographic Information System (GIS) software technology to provide urban planning and spatial analysis for downtown developments. Coupled with the extensive research tool made available by the company, Mr. Le and the Land Services Team can provide clients with the most extensive due diligence before critical decisions such as land acquisitions and developments are made.

With his public sector experience and growing knowledge of the private sector perspective of the commercial real estate market, Mr. Le brings a unique background to the Land Services Team. He is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Research Forum (CRERF) and was an active member of the Geographic Data Committee of the Houston – Galveston Area Council (H-GAC).
