Bill Roitsch, MAI, is a Vice President with over 15 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. He is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Houston office in the South Central Region. Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Roitsch had a custom homebuilding business in the North Houston area. His residential and construction background served well in developing a specialized valuation line in residential subdivisions as well as other sellout type properties such as business parks, condominiums and marinas. He has worked successfully with some of the largest land developers in the Houston and other Texas primary markets. Mr. Roitsch’s primary geographical focus has been in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Missouri.
Mr. Roitsch’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, medical office, restaurant, hospital, residential subdivision, master-planned business parks, condominiums, marinas, branch banks and other special purpose properties. Mr. Roitsch began his appraisal career in 1984 as a staff appraiser with Woody Nelson and Company and also spent time as a mortgage broker, and had a custom homebuilding company from 1998 to 2004.
