Thomas Traynor is an Executive Vice President in Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE focusing on institutional debt advisory, with specific expertise in originating, structuring and negotiating large commercial real estate finance transactions.
Prior to CBRE, Tom had an impressive 19-year career with Deutsche Bank, where he rose to Managing Director within commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets.
His performance demonstrates a deep and broad command of commercial real estate financing. Since 2014, Tom has arranged more than $9.2 billion in large fixed- and floating-rate financing transactions ranging from single assets to large portfolios. To date, Tom has originated and closed more than $25 billion in commercial real estate loans throughout the United States, spanning all property types.
