Henry Fenmore is an Associate, having joined the Global Institutional Debt Advisory Group in June 2022. Prior to CBRE, Henry was an Associate with Deutsche Bank’s commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets businesses, focusing on the origination and underwriting of CMBS and Balance Sheet debt across all asset classes, nationwide. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Fenmore assisted in closing over $5 billion in debt transactions.

The group covers all asset classes (office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, life science, retail, data center, healthcare, etc.), geographies (including international) and execution types (CMBS, bank balance sheet, life insurance company and debt fund).
Henry holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
