Aaron Schuster represents property owners in the marketing and leasing of
existing office assets, new developments, and redevelopments, in and around
downtown Chicago. Aaron’s diverse background in investor leasing, tenant
representation, and property acquisitions, provides both a landlord mentality
and tenant perspective in marketing efforts, capital deployment, and lease
negotiations. Additionally, Aaron maintains excellent investor, broker, and end-
user relationships to get ahead of market trends and be at the forefront of new
opportunities in our evolving marketplace.
Aaron began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield and served as a
Senior Director within its Tenant Representation and Office Advisory Group. He
assisted tenants with the planning and execution of complex real estate
transactions throughout Chicagoland as well as on a multi-national basis. Aaron
focused on new business development, market research, lease negotiations,
financial analysis, portfolio strategy, and account management. Over his eight-
year tenure, Aaron managed over 7.6 million square feet of transactions with a
total value consideration in excess of $1.9 billion on behalf of a diverse and
sophisticated client base.
Prior to joining CBRE, Aaron was a Vice President at Lincoln Property Company
where he operated in a multi-faceted role. Aaron leveraged his extensive
professional network to market and lease Lincoln’s existing downtown office
portfolio, while also being responsible for obtaining new acquisitions,
developments, leasing assignments, and management contracts.
