Lindsey Simons

Lindsey Simons is a Senior Transaction Manager in CBRE Chicago’s Investor Leasing group. She provides ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a 6.2M SF portfolio of downtown Chicago office properties on behalf of CBRE’s corporate clients.

Lindsey has worked on key multi-tenant downtown office properties including 10 & 120 Riverside Plz, 110 N Wacker Dr, 125 S Wacker Dr, 150 N Michigan Ave, 425 S Financial Pl, 1375 W Fulton St and 1 N State St. The team portfolio that Lindsey manages leased over 2.5M SF from 2019 to 2022 with an average transaction size of 12k SF (the largest transaction being 118.7k SF). During this time, the team generated over $946 million in lease consideration for our clients.

Lindsey previously worked at CBRE as a Client Services Specialist for the CBRE Investor Leasing group, providing marketing and administrative services to leverage the portfolio and attract high-quality tenants.

Prior to joining CBRE, Lindsey worked as a Guest Services manager at Smugglers’ Notch Resort in Vermont and as Administrative and Financial Director at the International School of Management in Paris, France. Lindsey’s background in operations and management is an asset to CBRE and our client’s business objectives.

Lindsey is committed to community and urban development, having completed an AmeriCorps service year in Emergency Services at the American Red Cross (Ohio Buckeye region), an internship with the Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington (OH) and two years in France teaching English as a Second Language in priority education zones (ZEP).
